Many many years ago I was driving down a beautiful winding road in Pittsburgh. I had just started teaching yoga. I looked up and saw a three story, narrow brick house, of the sort so common in the rust belt.
On that third story my eyes caught a glare of light. A skylight. Someday, I thought, I will open a beautiful space. Maybe with a skylight.
It will be a refuge. For me, for other practitioners, for neighbors, for those needing bodywork, yoga, or a meditation retreat or a class only for women or only for those afflicted with PTSD.
There is a difference between wanting something, or even seeing it, and knowing one can do it.
Well, I want to create this space for us, for all of us. And I’m ready.
More details to come….
